How to Care for Lash Extensions After Your Appointment

Keep your lash extensions looking flawless longer with these easy aftercare tips. From cleansing to brushing, we’ve got you covered.

You just got your lashes done—yay! Now what?

Proper aftercare is key to keeping your lashes full, fluffy, and fabulous for as long as possible. Here’s how to make your lash extensions last:

1. Avoid Water for 24 Hours

Let the adhesive cure fully. No steam, swimming, or showers on the first day.

2. Sleep on Your Back

Face-down sleeping can cause premature lash fallout. Use a silk pillowcase to avoid friction.

3. Be Gentle

No rubbing, tugging, or pulling on your lashes. It can damage both the extensions and your natural lashes.

4. Use Oil-Free Products

Oils break down the lash glue. Stick to oil-free makeup removers and cleansers.

5. Brush Daily

Gently comb your lashes each morning with a clean spoolie to keep them neat.

6. Book Your Fills

Get a lash fill every 2–3 weeks to keep them looking fresh.
